We do not provide generic medico-legal reports, rather, at Work Life Well we seek to understand the broader context of each referral, the inherent requirements of the employees’ role, any concerns regarding their ability to perform and the possible accommodations that can be made.
We balance your referral information with a throrough assesment of the employee, to provide opinions and recommendations that are contextually relevant, workable within your organisation and in line with legislative and/or legal requirments.
We are able to undertake worksite visits and engage in case-conferencing with treatment and rehabilitation providers, appreciating that a concerted approach often results in improved outcomes.
We will contact you by telephone after each assessment, to provide verbal feedback. Our report will be delivered within 10 working days.
